H&H: Happiness and Human Connection
Happiness can be a difficult emotion to define. As someone who often struggles to express myself in words, I find it easier to associate happiness with experiences and relationships—in my research, I'm trying to figure out what happiness means. I reached out to those around me and asked what it meant to them. Their answers all shared a commonality: friends and family. This can be described as a connection. Happiness and human connection go hand in hand; one can not exist without the other. As humans, we search for happiness and connection; most of the time, they are found coincidentally, intertwined. This project will be a projector of things around me that bring happiness to my life and how human connection is the root of it all.
